Scientific Management:The Inherent Requirement of the Modern University Management

When higher education is changing in internal and external environment,experience management has constrained the development of the university.Facing new challenges,university management must move toward scientific management,which is the new demands of university man-agement.The paths of university scientific managment are that we should change concept to establish the scientific management idea;we should follow the law of the education and management,respect facts and data to manage universites;we should strengthen governance according to law and perfect the system of university management;we should build a scientific evaluation system to promote the development of the teachers and students.
