共识的道德与道德的共识

共识是道德之为道德的基本前提,是道德合法性的终极依据,因此,道德天然是"共识的道德"。"道德的共识"之所以成为当今社会的现代性焦虑,是因为将社会的"道德"困境误读为"道德共识"困境,将道德共识的"改组"简单理解为道德共识的"分化"。缓解道德共识的焦虑,必须达成道德共识的共识,即通过道德妥协以实现不同质态的道德共识之共存,承认有限共识以实现道德共识的最大化。
