赤峰上机房营子石城址考古发掘与启示

20世纪40年代—90年代,考古工作者通过对阴河中下游及英金河流域的考古调查,共发现夏家店下层文化石城址80余座。但以往的工作多为考古调查和试掘,调查者将石城址及城址内的石堆建筑均定为夏家店下层文化。2005年吉林大学边疆考古研究中心对赤峰初头朗镇上机房营子石城址进行了大规模的考古发掘,此次考古发掘的最新成果表明,石城址发现的石堆建筑为夏家店上层文化墓葬。这一考古发现,为研究石城址及与之相关的其他石建筑的年代和性质提供了重要启示。

The Archaeological Excavation in Shangfangjiyingzi Stone Fortress of Chifeng City and its Implications

From the 1940's to the 1990's,in the course of archaeological investigation in the middle and lower reaches of Yingjin River and in the valley of Yingjin river,more than 80 stone fortresses were found there.But in the past time most of the archaeological works were archaeological explores or trying excavations,and all the stone fortresses and stone mass buildings were defined as the relics of Lower Xiajiadian Culture.In 2005,a great scale of excavation was hold by the research centre for China's frontier archaeology of Jilin University in Shangjifangyingzi stone fortress in Chutoulang Town,Chifeng City.The newest achievement in this excavation indicated that the stone mass buildings in the excavated stone fortress were the tombs of Xiajiadian supper layer Culture.We gain an important enlightenment from this archaeological discovery on the research for the age and character of the stone fortress and other related stone buildings.
