| 摘 要： | 电信产业的和谐发展是电信为和谐社会做出应有贡献的基础.文章阐述了电信发展对构建和谐社会的意义,分析了电信发展中的不和谐因素,阐明了电信产业应如何通过发展农村业务、提高服务质量、消除不正当竞争、改革激励机制等方面达到本产业的和谐发展,为社会的和谐发展做出应有的贡献.

| Abstract: | The harmonious development of telecommunication industry is the foundation on which telecommunication should make contribution to the harmonious society.The thesis discusses the value of the development of telecommunication in the construction of a harmonious society,analyzes the disharmonious factors in the development of telecommunication and illustrates how telecommunication industry would do to achieve its harmonious development through developing its rural service,improving the quality of its service,deleting the unfair competition and reforming the mechanism of stimulus.Telecommunication industry should contribute a lot in the process of the harmonious development of the society. |
