对新农村建设背景下农村教育问题的思考

加快社会主义新农村建设,最重要的是提高农民素质,培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民队伍,把农村沉重的人口负担转化为人力资源优势,形成持续推动建设新农村的力量源泉。实现这一目标,就要创新农村教育的内容、形式和手段,建立多元化的基础教育办学模式,尤其是在农村义务教育阶段渗透职业教育内容,为新农村建设提供高质量的新型劳动者。

The most important thing is,in speeding up the construction of new rural areas,to raise the quality of peasants,cultivate the peasants with culture and technology,and put the burden of population into the human resources,thus forming the source of promoting the construction of new rural areas.To achieve this goal,educational contents,forms and means should be changed to establish multi-level basic education.In particular vocational education should go into the compulsory education of rural areas to cultivate top-qualified labors for the construction of new rural areas.
