| 摘 要： | 交际性口语测试主要测试人们在进行交际时运用语言知识的能力。以交际能力理论为基础，以交际性口语测试的真实性、互动性、情帚性和综合性四个特征为指引，结合当前英语口语测试的现状，探索建立一套完整的交际性口语测试的设计原则与评分标准，以期提高口语测试的有效性。

| Abstract: | Communicative oral English test aims to test the ability for using English in communications.Based on the theory of communicative ability,the four characteristics of communicative oral English test and the status quo of current oral English test,this paper proposes to build the design principle and scoring system for communicative oral English test,hoping the validity of oral English test can be improved. |
