| 摘 要： | 随着企业管理进入新的历史时期,优质企业文化对企业发展的作用越来越大。民营企业塑造优质企业文化的主要方法有变革企业家文化,培育共同愿景,加强职业化团队管理和品牌战略建设。同时,由于家族文化对民营企业的深刻影响,以致塑造优质民营企业文化困难重重,民营企业家和员工们应了解其艰巨性,齐心协力,坚持不懈,才能塑造出优质的企业文化。

| Abstract: | High quality enterprise culture plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises in the new era.The main ways of quality cultural construction in private enterprises are to transform entrepreneur culture,grow common desire,and strengthen management of professional team and building of brand strategy.At the same time,comparing state-owned enterprises,family culture affects the construction of high quality culture deeply.Knowing the difficulty,private entrepreneurs and workers have to work as one man and firm adherence to construct quality culture. |
