| 摘 要： | 肯尼迪政府继承了艾森豪威尔政府的对古巴政策,连续在西半球孤立古巴、扼杀古巴经济、秘密进行对古巴的军事行动,并暗中破坏。其中对古巴实行贸易禁运是其政策的主要方面。然而禁运政策虽然给古巴经济造成了巨大的困难,但是这种政策却使卡斯特罗受益,禁运成为古巴团结民众的力量源泉。

| Abstract: | Kennedy Government inherited Eisenhower government's policy to Cuba,keeping on themili- tary action to isolate and killing Cuba's economy in western hemisphere and even spoiling in secret.Among these its Trade Embargo Policy to Cuba is main aspect.However the Trade Embargo Policy brought huge dif- ficulty to Cuba's economy,but this policy let Castro benefit from it.Trade Embargo became Cuban strengthen the source to unite the whole nation. |
