Enterprise trainings under knowledge-based economy has new features.More emphases are placed on fostering learning capacity and enhancing interaction.However,many enterprises have less competitive strength as their trainings lack scientific plans.It is essential for enterprises to carry out effective training innovation with introduction of new concepts and measures,to enhance training performance with renewed training contents and scientific schemes and finally to promote their sustainable development.The training innovation shall pay much attention to the relations between concept and formand whole and focus.
