企业培训创新探析

摘    要:知识经济下企业培训具有新的特点,如更注重学习能力的培养、强调培训的互动性等。目前许多企业培训缺乏科学规划,影响了竞争力,因此企业必须及时引入新观念、新方法,卓有成效地开展培训创新工作,完善更新培训工作,制订科学的培训方案,才能不断提高培训质量,最终促进企业持续发展。开展培训创新,应注意协调好观念与形式、全面与重点等问题。

Abstract:Enterprise trainings under knowledge-based economy has new features.More emphases are placed on fostering learning capacity and enhancing interaction.However,many enterprises have less competitive strength as their trainings lack scientific plans.It is essential for enterprises to carry out effective training innovation with introduction of new concepts and measures,to enhance training performance with renewed training contents and scientific schemes and finally to promote their sustainable development.The training innovation shall pay much attention to the relations between concept and formand whole and focus.
