| 摘 要： | 高校生存和发展的社会经济政治环境发生了巨大变化，高校师生群体的思想观念也随之出现了许多新特点，客观分析高校师生群体思想和价值取向的主流表现、新的特点，正确认识当前高校思想政治工作存在的不足，探讨加强高校思想政治工作的思路和措施，对于当前提高思想政治工作的针对性和有效性意义重大。
