辽宁装备制造业技术创新状况的统计分析

辽宁装备制造业虽然R&D投入强度较高,但是企业的创新动力不足、创新目标和创新战略带有一定的市场被动性,因而创新效益欠佳,并且由于传统的竞争观念束缚和缺乏信任机制,企业之间、企业与中介机构以及科研院所之间缺乏技术交流与合作,这在一定程度上制约了辽宁装备制造业的技术创新。因此,振兴辽宁装备制造业应致力于以下几方面:技术创新自主化,创新主体企业化,努力创建诚信机制,建立富含动态能力的区域创新网络并实现集群化。

A Statistic Analysis of the Technological Innovation of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Despite the fairly great amount of investment of R&D in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,the enterprises lack the motives for innovation,and their innovating targets and strategies are passive to some extent,which produces low benefits.In addition,due to the bondage of the traditional concept of competition and the lack of the mechanism of mutual trust,there is no technological exchange and cooperation among enterprises,agencies and scientific research institutions,which,to some extent,limits the technological innovation of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,the enterprises need to conduct the technological innovation self-reliantly and cooperatively,so as to establish a dynamic and concentrating regional network.
