环境本位思潮下的国际贸易法发展

随着世界经济全球化程度的加深,各国间经济贸易的数量和范围急剧扩大,这似乎极大地加剧了全球性的资源危机和环境污染.因此,国际贸易与环境保护之间的冲突再次成为争议热点.在国际贸易活动中仅以经济利益最大化为目标的观点已经备受指责,但是如何协调经济与环境的发展,特别是对于依靠国际贸易推动经济的中国,将面临更大的难度.当前中共中央十八大提出的“大力推动生态文明建设”,为我国未来指明了方向.

The Trend of Development in International Trade Law under the Thought of Environmental Orientation

With the deepening of economic globalization throughout the world, economic trades between countries are dramatically enlarging in both quantities and scopes, which seems to greatly aggravate the global resources crisis and environmental pollution. Accordingly, the conflict between international trade and environ- ment protection once again becomes a globally hot disputative issue. The view that the maximization of economic interests is the ultimate goal in international trade has been greatly censured. However, the coordination be- tween the economic development and the protection of the environment will confront more difficulties, which is especially true to China, which has been depending on international trade to promote its economical level. At present, the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC puts forward ＂vigorously promote the construction of eco- logical civilization＂ which wisely points out the direction for China＇ s future development.
