| 摘 要： | 我国民营银行的产生与发展有其客观必然性,从制度变迁的视角观察,不难发现,当前增加"民营银行"这一新的金融制度供给内生于金融制度变迁的逻辑要求,又外生于金融市场对外开放的压力。因此,应遵循市场规则,加快"配套金融制度创新"为我国民营银行发展提供良好的运行环境。

| Abstract: | It's objective and necessary for the birth and development of China's private banks. From the view of financial institutional changes, we'll find that increasing the "Private Banks", as a supply of new financial institution, is due to the logical demand of financial institutional changes and the pressure of financial sector's opening. For the development of China's private banks, we should abide by the market rules, increase the innovation of correlative financial institution and optimize the operation environment. |
