| 摘 要： | 苏北地区居民收入差距,主要表现为城镇居民间收入差距、农村居民间收入差距以及城乡居民间收入差距。有些差距的存在是合理的,但有些不合理的差距却是应该努力避免的。缩小差距的对策是:建立以个人所得税为主的收入分配调控体系以调节收入差距;完善社会保障体系以增加弱势群体的收入;建立社会监察体系以取缔非法收入;多途径增加农民收入以缩小苏北地区城乡居民间收入差距。

| Abstract: | The regional income disparity in North Jiangsu mainly lies between urban and rural residents .To narrow the income distribution gap, we should set up a personal income distribution system relying mainly on income tax; improve and perfect our social security system; enhance our supervisory system and improve farmers' income. |
