高校科研管理的复杂性与科技成果转化模式的选择

高等院校科学研究管理与创新体系是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，担负着创造知识、加工知识和应用知识等主要职能。然而，在应用知识层面，高校科技成果高产出率的背后却是很低的转化率，主要原因在于科研管理任务的复杂性和科技成果转化的不确定性。本文从科研管理任务复杂性入手，将科研管理任务划分为过程完备与结果明确、过程不完备与结果明确、过程完备与结果不明确、过程不完备与结果不明确四种类型，并进一步建构了科技成果转化的三种模式。

Complexity of Scientific Research Management and Transformation Mode Selection of Science and Technology Fruit in College

As the significant part of national innovation system, scientific research management and innovation system in college takes the functions of knowledge creation, production and application. From the perspective of application, despite the high yield of science and technology fruit, only a small proportion is transformed. The main cause is the complexity of scientific research management and the uncertainty of transformation. This paper divides the complex scientific research management into four types, which are process perfection and result defimitude, and process imperfection and result definitude, process perfection and result ambiguity, and process imperfection and result ambiguity. Three modes of transformation are also established according to the task complexity.
