| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是伴随着世界经济发展和科学技术进步出现的 ,目前已成为当前世界经济发展的重要特征和主流趋势。经济全球化是一把机遇和挑战并存的“双刃剑”。西部地区社会主体应该认清全球化的利益和代价 ,分析其带来的机遇和挑战 ,寻求趋利避害的发展策略 ,以获取最大的发展机会。同时 ,应切实发展西部的开放型经济 ,正确定位优势产业 ,全方位提高创新水平
