| Abstract: | Network of business relationships is a form of social capital and an important analytical method as well.The paper analyzed the cause of industrial clusters in Liaoning and explored its developmental specificity applying the theoretical framework of network of business relationships.It will serve as a valuable reference for industrial clusters in Liaoning and social development policy. |
