| 摘 要： | 建构社会主义和谐社会,一是靠社会制度,二是靠人的素质。人的素质包括多方面的内容,起核心和灵魂作用的是思想道德素质。文章认为,良好道德素质是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键因素之一,是推动和谐社会建设的强大精神力量。
