| 摘 要： | 社会工作是以解决现实社会问题为主的应用性学科，实践性、实务性是其最本质的属性。社会工作专业的实务性取向使实践教学成为培养学生运用理论知识、掌握工作技巧、内化职业伦理的重要环节。社会工作专业实践教学的四大体系——内容体系、平台体系、师资体系和管理体系是构建社会工作专业实践教学模式的主要内容，也是培养社会工作专业创新人才的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Social work is an applied subject which mainly serves to solve social problems. Practical and substantive is its essential attributes as well as its prominent features. The four systems of social work profession consists of content system, platform system, teaching staffsystem and management system, all of which are the main part of constructing the practical teaching mode in social work profession as well as a meaningful attempt to train creative talents of social profession work. |
