摘    要:
城市旅游形象定位受城市区位、文化背景、市场发育、资源吸引、政府行为等条件制约,受政府扶持、科技创新、城市管理、市民行为等因素支持,其定位模式有资源主导型、都市引力型、文化功能型、市场需求型、功能复合型。以岳阳市为例,其城市形象定位是“名楼名水,悠乐世界”、“楼龙文化、悠乐之都”。

Abstract:
The positioning of the tourist image for a city is restricted by a lot of conditions such as the geographic location of a city, the cultural background of a city, the tourist market's growth of a city, the tourist resources' attraction of a city, the governmental conducts of a city. Under the support of the government, with the help of the scientific innovation and city management, with the influence of the citizens' behaviors, the positioning modes can be classified into resource-led mode, culture -led mode, market demand mode, function composite mode. Take Yueyang for example, it has long been known for the tourist image of the city with "Famous Yueyang Tower and Beautiful Dongting Lake" and of "Dragon-boat Culture".
