| 摘 要： | 从煤炭矿山企业的特点出发，分析了矿物资源工程学科的人才现状，提出了矿物资源工程学科专业人才培养的规格与模式及课程体系建设和质量要求，针对矿物资源工程专业面临的问题和机遇，提出了思考和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of coal mining enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of the talents in the subject of mineral resources engineering, puts forward the specifications and patterns for personnel training as well as the quality requirements in the construction of the curriculum provision system. Besides, this paper proposes some reflections and suggestions regarding the problems and challenges in the major of mineral resources engineering. |
