外资流入、产业困境与经济发展

从中国20多年改革开放的历程来看,一时期外资流入较多的区域,也该时期中国经济增长较快的区域。然而,外资流动其实是收入转移的“反函数”,是深化劳动分工的一种选择,是政府参与经济发展的一种手段。外资流入伴随着产业结构的调整。因此,创造一定的市场规模,吸引外资流入,并结合中国实际,促使产业结构适度调整,使流入的外资能更好地推动经济发展,是今后一段时期内中国利用外资的政策趋向。

On Foreign Capital Inflow, Industrial Dilemma and Economic Development

This paper aims to examine the interaction between foreign capital inflow,industrial dilemma and economic development in the context of Chinese economy.The author argues that since the inflow of foreign capital results in industrial restructuring,greater efforts must be made to expand the size of the domestic market for more and further inflowing foreign capital and to realize reasonable industrial restructuring in order to promote China's economic growth.
