电子商务中的消费者权益保护

摘    要:随着电子商务的日益普及并逐渐成为消费的主要方式,人们传统的消费观念和现行的相关立法将受到挑战.文章从消费者权益保护角度,重点讨论了一些新的热点法律问题,包括消费者的知情权和退换货权利、消费者网络购物合同效力、消费者隐私权保护、消费者批评监督权的保护等.

Abstract:With the increasing popularization of E-business and its gradually becoming the main pattern of consumption, people's concept of consumption and present concerned legislation will face severe challenges. This essay mainly discusses some new law issues from the angle of protection of consumers'rights and interests, which include consumers'rights to know facts and to return and exchange purchase, the validity of cyber charter, protection of consumers'privacy and rights of criticism and supervision.
