| 摘 要： | 在社会转型时期,高校教师的功利化趋求和价值观多元化影响着师德的养成。了解和研究高校教师的师德现状、师德问题的原因,是为加强师德建设而提供理论参考所不可缺少的基础性工作。为此,我们从湖南人文科技学院的教学、科研、学生的教育与管理、学校行政等四个方面所涉及的师德现状进行问卷调查,并对有关问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In times of social transition,the utility pursue and the values pluralism of colleges and universities teachers are affecting the teacher's moral fostering.Researching teacher's moral present situation and its reason is the foundational work that strengthens the teacher's moral construction to provide the reference of theory.Therefore,we have investigated the teaching,the scientific research,the education,the management of students in our school,and discussed its related problems. |
