| 摘 要： | 期刊学术是学术期刊评价体系的主要因素。建立期刊评价体系需要确立期刊学术的内涵。学术期刊以登载学术文章为立刊目的。学术内涵成为学术期刊评价体系的第一个概念。学术内涵包括历史传承性、思路独创性、系统完整性和科学技术性四个方面。文章的学术性和期刊学术性的内涵的关系是一种包容关系。

| Abstract: | The academic element is the main element in the academic periodicals' appraisal system. It needs to confirm the connotation of the academic element of periodicals in order to establish the academic periodicals' appraisal system. The academic periodicals' aim is to publish academic articles. The academic connotation is the first concept of the academic periodicals' appraisal system. The academic connotation includes successivity of history, originality of thoughts, integrity of system, and science and technology related. The academic nature of articles is in a compatible relation with the academic connotation of academic periodicals. |
