德沃金平等理论对中国弱势群体保护的启示

在社会转型期,中国弱势群体问题日益凸显,且有不断加剧之势。近年来,中国政府在弱势群体保护方面投入了大量的人力、财力和物力,取得了一定的成效,但总体形势仍不容乐观。在此背景下,笔者在深入分析德沃金平等理论的核心和本质基础上,着力阐述了中国弱势群体问题的特点和根源,并认为中国在弱势群体保护问题上存在着制度设计、资源分配和思想观念等诸多不足,必须充分借鉴德尔金平等理论等理论和实践成果,寻找解决弱势群体保护困境的正确道路。

Dworkin's Theory of Equality and the Enlightenment to Protection for Vulnerable Groups in China

The problem of the social vulnerable groups is increasingly apparent and the trend is gradually aggravating at the era of social transformation.In recent years,government channels a large amount of human resource,money and facilities into the social vulnerable group and attains achievement to some extent.But overall government and people is not much optimistic about the situation.The paper analyzes the core subjects of Dworkin’s theory of equality and explains the features and causes of the social vulnerable groups.It also points out the fact that protection for vulnerable groups in China is deficiency of system design,resource distribution and though and expects to draw successful experience and theory to find the feasible strategies that address the plights of the social vulnerable group.
