孟子论"气"与儒家养生学

摘    要:将孟子的"浩然之气"划定为精神之气,是简单地用物质与精神的"二分法"进行分析的结果。事实上,孟子的"浩然之气",既是精神性的,又是物质性的。后世儒家在这方面多有论述,孟子的"浩然之气"与《管子·内业》等四篇的"精气"说有许多相似之处,表明其中包含着物质性的成分。更值得注意的是,孟子的"善养吾浩然之气"还是先秦儒家养生学的重要内容,具有中医学的依据。

Abstract:This paper disagrees with regarding Menzi' s Haoranzhiqi as spiritual according to the dividing everything into substance and spirit, and thinks Menzi's Haoranzhiqi is both substance and spirit. Menzi's Haoranzhiqi is in connection with the Jingqi in Guanzi s Neiye, which is regarded as substance, and is the concept of Confucian regimen that is accepted by Chinese medicine.
