| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，知识管理对于企业技术创新能力的提升具有重要作用，具体而言，知识管理通过学习机制、激励机制、文化机制、共享机制与技术机制等五大机制促进企业技术创新能力的提升。因此，为提高我国企业知识管理水平，提升国内企业技术创新能力和创新成功率，各企业必须建立与知识管理相适应的企业文化制度和相应的信息网络以成为学习型企业，同时国家也应加强知识产权保护，鼓励企业进行知识创造。
