| 摘 要： | 加强大学生法律意识的培养，是一项复杂的社会系统工程，需要国家、社会、学校及家庭的共同努力。可以通过案例介绍、案例点评、法律辩论与推理、综合评价的方式来提高大学生法律课堂演讲的实效性，还可利用班会开展丰富多彩的班级活动、树立典型充分发挥榜样的示范作用以强化大学生法律意识；同时应建立合理而有效的网络监管机制，净化网络环境，以利于充分利用网络资源引导大学生树立法律意识，构建高校、家庭、社会“三位一体”的大学生法制教育体系，使大学生成为知法、懂法、遵法、守法的公民。
