| Abstract: | Through surveys and interviews the state -owned forest entrprises, the writer analyzes problems and status quo of the construction of its corporate culture, and puts forward the impact factor of state - owed forestry enterprises. Technical progress of state - owned forest enterprises is the key factor of affecting the culture of state - owned forestry enterprises, the writer puts afward the countermeasures and suggestions of cultural construction of state - owned forestry enterprises. |
