| 摘 要： | 在20世纪30、40年代的延安时期,毛泽东提出了利用外资的思想,其内容涉及到了利用外资的必要性、前提、原则、方针等方面。毛泽东利用外资的思想不仅着眼于中国,而且也是站在世界经济发展的高度上来认识这个问题的,它对今天中国利用外资的实践仍有深远的影响。
