| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法将64例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的治疗方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠治疗,均以10天作为一疗程。结果治疗组与对照组比较,通过统计方法处理,治疗组突发性耳聋改善更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠治疗突发性耳聋有效,安全。 |

| Abstract: | Objective TO study the efficacy of Tanshinone in the treatment of sudden hearing loss. Methods Sixty-four patients of sudden hearing loss were divided into two groups：Patients treated by the routine method compared with the patients treated by the experimental one which adopted the method of adding tanshiuone in the 64 cases. Both were observect for 10 days as a treating course. Results According to statistics,symptoms of the experinmentad group of patients treated by routine method （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tanshinone is effective and safe in the treatment of sudden hearing loss. |
