| Abstract: | The word "poet-sage" was first used by Yang Shen in his Preface to Notes on Ci Poetry,not by Wang Si-shi. There are two records in Du Fu' s poems about the aucestral temple of the Tang Dynasty which was burned by the rebel army of An Lu-shan. There haven't been any notes about this in the annotated books about Du Fu's poems,but there have been records in the history of the Tang Dynasty. |
