| 摘 要： | 环境保护国际化与自由贸易是当今社会发展的两大潮流,两者既互相影响又互相冲突,只有实现两者的协调,才可能实现社会的可持续发展。本文重点论述实现环境保护国际化与自由贸易协调的主导思想,并对两者的协调思路进行比较分析,提出在WTO框架下制定类似于“与贸易有关的环境保护协定”,使WTO与国际环境保护组织共同协调自由贸易与环境保护的关系。

| Abstract: | Internationalization of environmental protection and free trade represent two major trends of current social development,which interact with each other and are in conflict in some respects.Only coordinating the two can sustainable development of society be possible.This paper discusses the framework of coordinating internationalization of environmental protection and free trade,and compares relevant theories in existence.It proposes that an agreement on environmental protection related to trade be worked out under the framework of WTO so that both WTO and international environmental protection organizations can join in the coordination work. |
