| 摘 要： | “举国体制”是一种为实现国家目的，调动和集中全国力量对竞技体育活动实行高度统一管理体制的简称。从“举国体制”产生的历史背景出发，在广泛查阅文献资料的基础上，运用了逻辑思辨的方法探讨其对中国竞技体育所产生的影响。提出了完善“举国体制”在现阶段中国竞技体育中运行机制的方向，即应建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的新型的“举国体制”运行机制，既要在奥运争光计划中有夺金优势的项目中保留“举国体制”的优势，又要主动把大量的竞技体育项目推向市场，推动全民健身计划的开展。

| Abstract: | The author has discussed the positive and the negative influence the ＂ whole-nation＂ Chinese system has bought about on Chinese sports based on the historical background of the ＂ whole-nation＂ system and the difficulties in the process of its execution. It also put foruard the trend of its development in the current sports management mechanism. W＇hile executing the ＂ whole-nation＂ Chinese system on golden medal-won advantageous events in＇＂ Olympic plan＂, a number of sports events should be pushed to the market in order to promote the development of ＂ Program of Fitness for All＂. |
