| 摘 要： | 20世纪末,我国人口发展进入了以“低出生率、低死亡率和低增长率”为特征的“后人口转变时期”。本文首先对“后人口转变时期”我国人口发展的特征进行了论述,在此基础上分析了该时期我国人口问题面临的挑战,并对“后人口转变时期”我国的人口问题的解决特别是计生政策提出了建议。

| Abstract: | At the end of 20th century,the popul ation development of China had entered into Post Demographic Transition Period,which is characteristic of low birth rate,low death rate and low growth rate.The article firstly dis cusses the characteristics of population development of China in p ost demographic transition period and then analyses the challen ge to the population develop-ment in this period.At last,the auth or brings forward some sug-gestions to population problem especially to family planning poli-cies in post demographic transition period. |
