| 摘 要： | 通过采用历史考察的方法对先行工业化国家在不同的历史时期,通过不同的模式,经历三个不同的发展阶段,先后实现了工业化的过程进行分析。指出工业化的每一个发展阶段,生产力领域的重大变革都对作为上层建筑的政府提出了改革和发展的要求。先行工业化国家正是适应工业化发展的内在需求,不断调整政府行为,推动了工业化快速发展。现阶段中国走中国特色新型工业化道路,必须结合工业化的阶段性特征和国内条件、国际背景,转变政府职能,提高政府能力,建立公共服务型有效政府。

| Abstract: | Industrialized countries have experienced three stages in its process of industrialization.Governments carry out effective interposition to many aspects of their national economy,which promotes a development of industrialization.A country's industrialization development is an object course of history.Therefore,these will offer significance when China takes a new path to the realization of industrialization. |
