从资源代换理论看科技创新在我国经济方式转变中的意义和作用--学习党的十六届五中全会精神的体会

文章立足于资源代换理论,解读党的十六届五中全会提出的“加快转变经济增长方式”的战略思想。文章从一般意义上阐述了资源代换的本质内涵;从具体内容上阐发生产力要素之间的相互转化和代换。从而提出,我国经济增长方式的转变,作为生产力发展方式的转变本质上是科学技术特别是高科技在特定范围和程度上代换自然资源、体力劳动以及物质资本发展经济,实现从传统工业经济向新型工业经济的转化,及其这种转化的具体步骤和途径。

The Significance and Influence of Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Economic growth form Transform Viewed from the Resource Replacement Theory--My Experience in Studying the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee

This paper is on the strategic thought of "quickening the transform of economic growth form" presented in the fifth plenary session of the 16th central committee from the point of view of the resource replacement theory.The paper explains the essential connotation of resource replacement and illustrates the concrete content the inter change and replacement of productivity elements.Then a conclusion comes that the economic growth form transform,which is the development form of productivity,is in essence the science and technology,especially high technique,replace natural resource,human labor and material capital in certain scope and degree and then we can realize the transform from industrial economy to new type industrial economy and the detailed steps and method of the transform.
