| 摘 要： | 城乡义务教育均衡发展是当前基础教育均衡发展面临的重要课题。延边地区朝鲜族城乡义务教育呈现非均衡发展状态。因此，需要制定相应的教育政策，推进城乡联动发展和朝鲜族农村义务教育内涵发展，实现朝鲜族城乡义务教育的和谐健康发展。

| Abstract: | To develop a balance compulsory education in both urban and rural areas has become an important task of China＇s elementary education. It is clear that the compulsory education for Korean ethnic group in Yanbian is developing unbalanced. Appropriate measures must be taken so as to strengthen the cooperation among educational institutions in urban and rural areas. As more features of the compulsory education in rural areas is explored, a harmonious and healthy development of compulsory education for Korean ethnic group will be realized. |
