加强高等学校特色学科建设的战略研究

在高校事业发展中,特色学科建设是高等学校办学特色形成的根本和核心。因此,在将特色学科的建设积极纳入学校事业发展规划中时,学校应从战略角度运用“SWOT分析法和基准法研究”,分析学校内外部环境、具有的独特资源和核心能力,加强特色学科建设,突出办学特色,以促进学科建设重点突出、特色鲜明地不均衡发展和可持续发展。
