摘    要:本文将灰色理论引入企业员工满意度评价中,建立了基于灰色关联分析的企业员工满意度评价模型。模型采用灰色关联分析法将评价因素间的不完全确知关系进行白化,减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性,为企业员工满意度评价提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:This paper applies the grey theory into evaluation of staff's satisfaction degree in enterprise,and constructs an evaluation model based on grey relational analysis method.This model uses grey relational analysis to whiten the unclear relationship among the different evaluation factors,reduces the subjective influence and improves the evaluation precision,which offers a new method to evaluate staff's satisfaction degree.
