摘    要:教学是一个师生双边的互动过程,在这一过程中教师是主导,学生是主体,教师不仅要教书,而且要育人;不仅要抓好智力素质的教育,而且要抓好非智力素质的培养。对学生非智力素质的培养渠道是多方面的,而教师的人格力量不可忽视。为此必须明了教师人格的类型、教师人格对学生非智力素质影响的原因和如何强化教师人格对学生非智力素质的积极影响。

Abstract:Teaching is an interactive course between teachers and students, in which teachers play a leading role while students are the main body. Teacher not only teach but educate them morally. Therefore teachers should do good work not only in intelligence quality education but also in nonintelligence cultivation. There are many channels in the cultivation of students'nonintelligence quality but the power of teachers' personality can not be neglected. For this, we must know clearly the types of teachers' personalities,the cause of the influence of teachers' personality on students' nonintelligence quality and how to strengthen the active effect of teachers' persaonality on students' nonintelligence quality.
