| 摘 要： | 从服从到信仰,人们这种对法律态度的转变是法治社会最终形成的基本要求。在这种转变过程中,大学生法律意识 的培养显得尤为重要。其构成要素是对法律的理想、心理、意志、观念及信仰等。目前我国大学生法律意识的现状让人难以乐 观,其原因是受传统法律文化的影响,校园法律文化不发达。要通过实行依法治校,加大法律课的教学量等途径来加强培养大 学生的法律意识。

| Abstract: | The change of people's attitude toward law-from obedience to belief-is the basic requirement of the society with rule of law. In this process, the enhancement of college students' law awareness is particularly important. The elements of college students' law awareness are ideal, psychology, will, conception, belief, etc. Today, the current situation of college students' law awareness is not quite satisfactory because of the impact of traditional legal culture and the underdevelopment of the campus' legal culture. Therefore, it is essential to enhance college students' law awareness by managing colleges and universities according to law , increasing the amount of the teaching of the law course, etc. |
