我国城市用地扩展影响因素的实证研究——以长江三角洲和珠江三角洲为比较分析对象

我国城市用地扩展存在诸多影响因素。以长江三角洲地区和珠江三角洲地区为例进行比较分析的结果表明:城市非农业人口、绿化覆盖面积、地区生产总值和地方财政预算内基本建设支出这四个因素对两大地区城市用地扩展具有正向的促进作用;城市当年实际使用外资金额、第三产业产值两个因素对两大地区城市用地扩展的作用方向相异;不同等级规模城市用地扩展的差异性较大。未来我国城市用地扩展的调控重点在于合理控制城市人口规模,重视城市生态绿地系统建设和加快城市产业结构调整步伐等。

Factors Influencing Expansions of Urban Land Use in China:A Case Study of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta

Factors influencing expansions of urban land use(EULU)in China are manifold.Based on a comparative analysis of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta,this study reveals four factors that have a positive impact on EULU in both regions,i.e.the non-agricultural population scale,urban green space,GDP,and governmental infrastructure expenditure within local financial budgets.However,two other factors,i.e.the amount of foreign capital used by cities and tertiary industrial output value,have divergent effects on EULU in these two regions.The rate of EULU use varies considerably from city to city depending on city status and scale.It is suggested that,for effective coordination and control of EULU,emphasis should be focused on the following aspects:reasonable control of urban population,systematic construction of urban eco-green land,and acceleration of readjustment of urban industrial structures.
