浅议辽朝的中书省职官

旨在考证辽朝的中书省职官 ,认为大丞相 ,左、右丞相 ,参知政事等都是实职官 ;同平章事分为两类 ,其中兼中书侍郎或门下侍郎者是实职官 ,其他则为虚衔 ;中书令和中书侍郎完全是虚衔。辽朝的中书省职官制度既有对唐、五代、宋初宰相制度的借鉴 ,又体现了在“因俗而治”的原则指导下南面官的自身特点。另外 ,也兼及中书省与南枢密院的关系问题

On the Zhongshusheng Officials in Liao Dynasty

The paper aims at doing textual research of Zhongsh us heng officials of Liao Dynasty.It holds that prime minister,left prime minister, right prime minister,officials for government affairs and so on are all the offi cials that have the real power.Tong Pingzhangshi is classified into two kinds,in which the officials concumently with Zhongshu Shilang or Menxia Shilang have th e real power,and the other officials have a little power.Zhongshuling and Zhongs hushilang haven't any power.Zhongshusheng official system of Liao Dynasty draws an experience from the prime minister system of the Tang Dynasty and the early Song Dynasty,and embodies South officials' self character under the direction of the principle:"making the laws according to the reality."In addition,it also talks about the relationship between Zhongshusheng and Privy Council.
