摘    要:公共部门绩效问题已经越来越受到现代公共管理界的重视,组织行为的结果体现组织绩效的高低。我国使用政绩评价的干部机制,领导权是绩效激励的动力。为了强调对部门领导以及各级管理人员的激励在提高组织绩效中的作用,本文探讨了科学合理的激励机制的建立对于提高公共部门绩效的重要意义以及方法,探索提高公共部门绩效的杠杆着力点,以期各界学者对于此问题的关注。

Abstract:Performance of public sector is regarded increasingly as an important aspect of Public Management.The evaluation of performance of the public sector is the embodiment of the result of the organization conduct.In our country,the official are evaluated by the achievement in their post.The right of conducting plays a most powerful role in boosting the performance.For emphasizing the function of prompting the conductor for boosting the performance of public sector,the paper probes into the significance of setting an scientific prompting system for boosting the performance and try to find the way of achieving it,which gets twice the result with half the effort.
