| 摘 要： | 中国古代礼与法产生后,彼此就发生了联系,由最初界限分明的礼刑互补性共存到礼刑渗透,即使在礼法对立的年代,礼法的同义解读及思想家对礼的追寻也没有间断,正因为这种长期的历史积淀,使汉代的援礼入法表现出了新生事物少有的"成熟".

| Abstract: | After the rites and laws came into being ,they had the connection with each other.From the beginning of clear boundaries of the complementary coexistence of the Rites and the Punishment to the infiltration of the Rites and the Punishment .The same explanation of the Rites and the Laws & Searches that the thinkers made never stopped .It was the historical deposits that made the Rites of citation into the laws more mature. |
