| 摘 要： | 图书馆员的素质,是高校图书馆现代化发展的关鍵。但目前高校图书馆馆员的素质存在素质良莠不齐、知识结构残缺不全、开拓创新热情不高等问题,离新世纪对高校图书馆馆员的素质要求相距甚远。新世纪图书馆馆员的素质必须适应新世纪高校图书馆智能化、数字化、网络化的需求。为此,高校图书馆必须加强馆员的素质建设。

| Abstract: | The quality of college librarians is the key to the modernization development of college libraries. But at present,the quality,which loses balance,the structure of which is not so complete,has a distance to the quality of college librarians in the new century in the new century must meet the needs of college libraries in intellectural ability,digital and network modernization.So we must try out best to strengthen the construction of the quality of college librarians. |
