| 摘 要： | 文章对当前西方国家成人教育的发展概况进行论述,认为其主要特点有:办学的自主性、办学内容丰富以及形式的多样和灵活化。在此基础上指出了我国成人教育存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策建议,以及西方国家成人教育对中国发展成人教育事业具有的重要启示。
