| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代 ,知识管理成为企业管理的重要课题。只有当企业充分认识到知识管理的重要性 ,自觉实施有效的知识管理 ,才能使企业在全球激烈的竞争环境中立于不败之地。因此 ,研究企业如何进行知识管理具有重要的理论价值和应用价值。本文从知识管理的涵义和特征入手 ,从几个方面研究企业知识管理的实施办法。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management becomes an important task in management of enterprises in the knowledge-based economy ages.Only when enterprises fully realize the inportance of knowledge management,and consciously inplement the efficient knowlege management,Can enterprises survive in the bitter competition of the whole world,therefore,studying how to carry out knowledge management is of great value in theory and application.This paper deals with the methods of inplementing knowledge managemant in a few aspecds. |
